Custom Motorcycle Exhausts

A custom designed and built 304SS exhaust for a 2004 Ducati Multistrada 1000DS. Utilizes a modified Termignoni muffler with larger perforated tubes for better flow and deeper sound, larger diameter and stepped primary and secondary headers vs the standard Termi with the specifics developed in conjunction with industry great Vince Roman of Burns Stainless. The result is better mid-range performance, deeper and better sound, and the desirable looks of a custom system. This is for off-road use only.

This is a full system for a 1000DS Multistrada with the exception of the muffler which is modified Ducati item for larger tubes and better sound.
Front cylinder headpipe – 1 5/8” to 1 3/4” merging to 2 1/4” back to the muffler – significantly better flow than stock and targeted to impact low end and midrange.
Merge from 1 3/4” secondary headers to 2 1/4”

Another example is a Multistrada 1200S, custom cat-delete with Supertrapp muffler, custom resonators.

Used stock headers, to 2 1/4” mid pipes, eliminated the cat/muffler, and a v-banded Supertrapp 14” stainless.

The Ducati GT1000 was a fun project with custom 2 stage headers back to a crossover x-pipe and to dual Lossa Engineering mufflers.

A BMW K1100 “brick” custom scrambler 3-stage system for MotoLocale’s Simon Jones culminates into a 10” Supertrapp.

Yamaha XT-350 – original muffler was rusted and heavy, we replaced with a Supertrapp 14” aluminum muffler and short pipe back to the original headers. Saved a significant amount of weight, just see the photo below, better sound, more durable.

A custom Ducati 900 SS needed a 304 stainless exhaust system, 2 into 1 into 2, exiting at the rear cowling with slash cut tips. And it feels waaay to small for me to ride.
