Toyota Land Cruiser Engine Intake/Intercooler/Charge/Exhaust Projects

I work with a couple of restoration shops on Toyota Landcruiser projects – usually diesel cold air intakes, charge pipes, intercooler mounts, exhausts. This is just a sampling of the photos of projects.

Both intercooler pipes – hot and cold, intake pipe and filter, and the stainless coolant tube in the bottom of the photo comprised this project. Coolant tank not shown.
Coolant tank – 1/8” aluminum
Intake pipe – .063” x 3” diameter aluminum with silicone tube attachments. The intercooler pipes are .063” x 2 1/2” diameter

Another customer is doing a similar retrofit to an FJ-40 and asked for the whole package including intercooler and mounting brackets.

200 Series Land Cruiser with Chevy LS motor – 304 Stainless exhaust

The FJ40 behind me has an older Chevy 350, needed a new exhaust. Aluminized steel, resonator and muffler, rear exit.
